 Housing checkup prior to residency  

 

 Before anyone take residency, a house or apartment is checked to determine wheter it meets building regulations, and wheter the contractor has met all obligations associated with planning and building of the structure. This inspection does not involve any destruction or digging.

 

 Check for moisture

 

Moisture tests are carried out with a humidity meter to identify any signs of excess moisture. if necessary and requested,reviews can be done using infrared cameras. The results of the camera diagnostics are combined with all other test results to give an overall report of any moisture problems.

 

Pre-residency Testing of Housing

tests are conducted as described above,and also include a thorough review of any found defects.  Shraga Gorman, graduated from the Technion in Haifa in 1961 and bacame part of the qualified faculty in 1966. Gorman has extensive experience in construction planning as well as knowledge, expertise and experience of many years in the planning,execution, and management of large project and consultancy in all aspects of the construction trade. He has taken graduate-level courses in basic mediation given by silfr (israel) LTD, and he is considered an expert engineer of record with the courts system. Gorman is listed as a specialist in center court as an engineering expert for construction issues.

 

 As part of his work in one of the leading construction firms in the country,Shraga Gorman held a variety of job functions involved in the establishment and management of construction sites.
